Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ReplyPlex, an email support platform provided by Startise LLC, a United States company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. ReplyPlex is currently an invite-only beta: features may change, and access is granted at our discretion.
Accounts
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
- Workspace administrators control who can access their workspace and what it connects to (mailboxes, sending providers, integrations).
- You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any mailbox or domain you configure.
Acceptable use
- Use ReplyPlex only to handle legitimate support and business email for mailboxes and domains you are authorized to operate.
- No unsolicited bulk email (spam), unlawful content, malware distribution, or deceptive sending practices. Sending through connected providers (including Gmail) must comply with those providers' terms and applicable law.
- No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the service or to access other workspaces' data.
Your data
Your workspace's data — conversations, customer records, settings — belongs to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf (storing, processing, and transmitting that data as described in our Privacy Policy). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Third-party services
ReplyPlex connects to services you configure — email delivery providers, Gmail / Google Workspace, commerce platforms, AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.
Availability and support
During the beta the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep ReplyPlex reliable and monitored, but we do not offer a service-level guarantee during the beta. Support is available at support@replyplex.com.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim (or, while the beta is free, to zero to the extent the law allows).
Termination
You can stop using ReplyPlex and request deletion of your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or threatens the security or integrity of the service, with notice where practical.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced to workspace admins by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where Startise LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
