Shared collaborative inbox
Many inboxes under one org, assignment & round-robin, live presence and collision detection, and private notes with @mentions.
ReplyPlex is a focused, modern alternative to Help Scout — a shared collaborative inbox with automation, analytics, CSAT, and deep commerce-aware customer context. Grounded AI summarizes, triages, and drafts — from your own docs and past replies, with citations.
Built for teams supporting many products from one organization — and it runs our own support desks every day.
A calm, dense workspace with the operational depth of Help Scout and the precision of Linear.
Many inboxes under one org, assignment & round-robin, live presence and collision detection, and private notes with @mentions.
Nested any/all rules on inbound mail, tags, status — or the AI’s verdict. Assign, tag in bulk, note with @mention notifications, snooze, move, even forward with attachments.
Overview KPIs, a team leaderboard with period trends, and CSAT ratings — all computed from real event data.
Shared and personal, categories, /shortcuts, and variables with live preview — expand a reply as you type.
EDD, WooCommerce, FluentCart & Shopify: subscriptions, licenses, orders and payment methods, right in the sidebar.
Teams, custom fields, saved views, and a public REST API + webhooks — with a built-in Help Scout importer: full history, tags and attachments, plus delta re-runs for a clean cutover.
First-response and resolution targets that respect each inbox’s business hours, surfaced as at-a-glance signal chips.
Summaries, triage and drafts grounded in your own docs and past replies — cited, never invented, and it never sends unless you turn autopilot on.
Drafts come from your knowledge, not the model’s imagination. What the AI could not establish is listed above the Send button, so an agent knows exactly what to check before anything reaches a customer.
Hi James — you’re right, the renewal charge on Mar 2 went through twice. I’ve flagged the duplicate for our billing team and you’ll see the second charge reversed to your card within 3–5 business days.

Email is the product, so both directions are first-class. Send through whichever provider each inbox prefers, and receive mail reliably through Cloudflare with durable, idempotent processing.

Every conversation shows who you’re talking to and what they’ve bought — subscriptions, licenses, sites, orders and payment method — pulled live from your store, right in the sidebar. No tab-switching, no guessing.

ReplyPlex is invite-only while we onboard teams carefully. Tell us a little about your support team and we’ll be in touch — sign-up stays gated, so every workspace is set up intentionally.
Thanks — we’ll review and email you an invite. Keep an eye on your inbox.
